Access to information

As a public authority, Port od Poreč Authoroty enables users to gain the right of access to information as well as to the right to the re-use information in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette, 25/13, 85/15).

The right of access to information and to the re-use of information is obtained by submitting a written or oral request to the information officer in one of the following ways:

1. by phone at the number: +385 (0)52 453 497;
2. by e-mail to the information officer: info@porec-port.com
3. on the form Request for access to information / Request for supplementing or correcting information / Request for reuse of information;
4. by mail to the address: Poreč Port Authority, Obala Maršala Tita 21, 52440 Poreč, Croatia - HR, on the form Request for access to information / Request for addition or correction information / Request for reuse of information;
5. in person at the address: Port Authority Poreč, Obala Maršala Tita 21, 52440 Poreč, Croatia - HR, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:00 to 11:00.

Port of Poreč Authority is entitled to compensation for the actual material costs incurred by providing the user with the right of access to information and re-use of the information as well as the reimbursement of the costs of delivering the required information, which is charged in accordance with the Criteria for determining the amount of the reimbursement of the actual material costs and the cost of delivering the information as follows:

• copy of one page in A4 size – HRK 0.25
• copy of one page in A3 size - HRK 0.50
• copy of one color page in A4 size - HRK 1.00
• copy of one page in color in A3 size - HRK 1.60
• electronic recording on one CD – HRK 4.00
• electronic recording on one DVD – HRK 6.00
• electronic record on the memory card depending on the amount of memory – HRK 210 for 64 GB, HRK 150 for 32 GB, HRK 120 for 16 GB, HRK 50 for 8 GB, HRK 30 for 4 GB
• converting one page of a document from physical to electronic form – HRK 0.80
• converting a recording from a videotape, audiocassette or diskette into an electronic recording - HRK 1.00

Information delivery costs are calculated according to the current price list of regular postal services.
